Procedure

1.Inquiries

Please contact us by phone or email.
If you need a quick response, we will contact you even on weekends and holidays, so please do not hesitate to contact us.

2.First Consultation

You can meet with us in person at our office or online consultation (please choose the method you prefer).

The initial meeting is free of charge, so please do not hesitate to contact us.

3.Estimate and request for application fee

We will conduct a detailed hearing, and if we determine that there is a possibility of approval, we will provide an estimate of the application fee.

If you request us to do so, we will conclude a contract.

4.Payment of initiation fee and guidance on necessary documents

After paying half of the application fee as a deposit, we will inform
you of the necessary documents.

5.Document collection and document preparation

With the exception of documents that can only be obtained by the client, we can prepare all the documents required for application
on behalf of the client.

If you choose to prepare the documents yourself, we will provide you with examples of how to fill out the forms and accompany you
as necessary so that you can prepare them smoothly.

6.On-site survey

In principle, we will visit you at your place of work or residence even if it is remote. If you have any questions or concerns, we will call you or have a meeting with you.

7.Review and sign the application package

After reviewing the application documents prepared by our office, you will be asked to sign the documents.

*Depending on the situation, we will explain the details of the application
and the statement of reasons in the client’s native language or English.

8.Application

Our office will apply for the visa to the competent immigration office.

In the event that the immigration office notifies you of additional documents, we will take care of them so that you will not be burdened with any additional work.

9.Permission

After receiving the permission notice, you will receive your new resident card at our office. You will be asked to pay the remaining amount.

If your application is not approved, you will not be charged for re-application.

10.After-sales support

Even after the permit is granted, we are always available to talk with you about managing renewal deadlines, post-employment consultations, and any other problems you may have in living in Japan.

Since permission is not the goal, we will do our best to support you in any way we can while maintaining an ongoing relationship with you.
