The Immigration Bureau has started an e-mail distribution service of useful information for foreign residents.

The Immigration Services Agency of Japan has begun sending information to cell phones and computers with registered e-mail addresses in order to inform foreigners living in Japan about immigration procedures and other information to support their daily lives.

You can register the contents of the distribution by selecting the contents you need, such as the status of residence you are involved in or the area you live in. You can also choose the language of delivery from Japanese, easy Japanese, or English.
